Refer a NEW Customer who purchases a new Cox®7 Table, and we will send you a referral check in the amount of $250.00.
Qualifications:
· Referring Doctor must refer a D.C. who has not previously been contacted by the Track Corporation or attended a Cox® Seminar in the last rolling 12 months.
· Referring D.C. must have owned a Cox®7 Table for at least 3 months.
Restrictions:
· Referral fee to be paid upon full payment from Doctor plus 30 days.
· Buying D.C. must confirm his/her involvement with the table purchase
